Faculty of the Center

Since the start of the department in 2023, in pursuit of completing our mission for the Center for Taiwan Studies, the faculty and staff members collaborate and work together to bring influential projects and events together to continue to awareness of Taiwan and its rich culture Our faculty is split into three different committees; the Center staff, the Advisory committee, and the Steering committee.

Affiliation Hub

In addition to our staff, we have various ties and connections to other important institutions all around the globe. Some of the key academic affiliations we have around the world involves fellow UC institutions, other American Taiwan Centers, Taiwan-based affiliates, and global organizations that helped build the Center for Taiwan Studies into what it is today. Alongside these institutional connections, we are also affiliated with the Taiwan Regional Club, an alumni club at UCSD dedicated to connecting UC San Diego alumni with ties to studies regarding Taiwan and its rich culture.
